مفوّص الشرق الأوسط في اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الانسان: لتحمل المسؤولية كاملة وفضح مرتكبي الجرائم في اليمن أمام الرأي العام
علّق مفوّض اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الانسان في الشرق الاوسط السفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد عن الصمت المُريب تجاه الأحداث الحاصلة في اليمن ومن ضمنها إغتيال الرئيس الصماد وقصف أماكن الأفراح التي قد تكون الوحيدة المتبقية لرسم البسمة على شفاه المدنيين الذين يعيشون البؤس والخوف في بيوتهم الغير آمنة من القصف الغير مسؤول للتحالف العربي الذي تقوده المملكة العربية السعودية.
وأضاف أن اللجان الدولية تقوم بعملها الطبيعي لجهة رصد تلك الانتهاكات ووضعها في الاطار القانوني والضغط على تلك الدول بما يتوافق والقانون الدولي من أجل إلزامهم بالمواثيق والعهود التي وقّعوا عليها، إلاّ أن هذا الأمر لا يأخذ مفاعيله الطبيعية في بعض الاحيان والحالات نتيجة تدخّلات لقوى إقليمية ودولية تعمل على تقليب الحقائق والضغط بعامل الصفقات المالية والإقتصادية مع تلك الدول لعدم بحث جدي في الأروقة الأممية.
والأخطر من هذا هي الضمانات التي تُعطى من تلك الدول، وهي تعتبر نفسها رائدة في الديمقراطية، بعدم أخذ أي إجراء بحق هذه الإنتهاكات التي لا يقبلها عقل بشري، مما يجعل الدول المعتدية تمضي في عملها الإجرامي وهذا أمر سيتم معالجته على مستوى الرأي العام وإعداد مسودّة قرار لحث هذه الجهات من التمادي في خرق المواثيق الدولية.
وختم السفير ابو سعيد أن من يحاول أن يضع اليأس في طريق عمل اللجان الدولية لحثّهم على القبول بالأمر الواقع هم واهنون وواهمون، حيث العزم موجود وقد تلجأ تلك اللجان الدولية إلى وضع مسؤوليها لمحاسبة قاسية أمام الرأي العام الدولي وأمام محاسبة وفضح كل الخبايا لقاعدتهم الانتخابية او الشعبية.

The most dangerous of these are the guarantees given by these countries, which consider themselves a pioneer in democracy, not to take any action against these violations that are not acceptable to human mind, which makes the aggressor countries continue their criminal work and this will be addressed at the level of public opinion and the preparation of a draft resolution To urge them to continue to violate international conventions.
Ambassador Abu Said said that those who are trying to put despair in the way of the work of the international committees to urge them to accept the fait accompli are humble and understanding, where the resolve exists and these international committees may resort to putting their officials to account harshly in front of the international public opinion and in front of accounting and exposing all the secretions of their electoral or popular base .
