المنظمة الاوروبية للامن والمعلومات: تركيا تعيش مخاض أمني وعسكري خطير، والأكراد لحكم ذاتي

اعلن امين عام المنظمة الاوروبية للامن والمعلومات السفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد ان الاحداث الاخيرة في المنطقة والعالم أوجبت المزيد من الحركة الدبلوماسية والأمنية على كل المستويات من اجل مواكبة مجريات الأمور التي بدآت بالتعقيد رويدا رويدا، ومن ابرز نقاطها خلط الأوراق السياسية والعسكرية والتي أوجدت خيارات محدودة أوجبت حرق بعض النقاط الحمراء وتجاوزات للمفاهيم الدولية. واكّد السفير ابو سعيد ان الكل يلعب في اخطر المعضلات نظرا لعدم فهم البعض للتسويات الحاصلة او عدم نيّة قبولها مسبقاً، معتبراً انها جاءت على عكس ما خطّطت له بعض القيادات الإقليمية في الشرق. من هنا كان لا بدّ من انتهاج خيار صعب وقد يكون مكلف لبعض الدول العربية والإسلامية في الشأن الداخلي حيث بدأنا نشهد اضطرابات في الداخل التركي وتململ وصل الى داخل المؤوسسة العسكرية والتي هي غير راضية عن الأداء السياسي للحكومة. وحذّر السفير ابو سعيد من هذا الامر وطالب السلطات السياسية وقف هذا التدهور الحاصل في المواقف الغير مدروسة والتي أخذت طابع ومطالب وأهواء وأحلام شخصية قد تورّط البلاد في أزمة تودي الى مفاجآت عسكرية كبيرة وغير متوقّعة. وفي سياق متصل أودت الاتصالات والمعلومات بشأن موقوف تركي لدى وحدات الحماية الشعبية الكردية في سورية ويدعى "صواش يلدز" اعترف لدى استجوابه انه ينتمي الى الاستخبارات التركية وهو تمّ زرعه لدى التنظيمات المسلحة ليكون العين الساهرة على كل ما يُطلب منه من قبل تلك الاستخبارات مع التنظيمات الحدودية بين تركيا وسوريا، والتي تتخذ من بعض المدن التركية الاستراتيجية نقاط ارتكاز عملية لها لتنفيذ اوامر عسكرية وانتحارية في الداخل والخارج ضمن اجندات دولية مختلفة. وأشارت المعلومات ان الوحدات الكردية السورية أبدت كل تعاون مع جهات دولية معنية في هذا الامر آخذة بالاعتبار لنقاط سياسية وأمنية تودّ ان يتم البتّ فيها، ومنها الاعتراف الدولي بالمنظومة التي أعلنتها في الاستقلالية الذاتية والتي تحفظ حق الشعب الكردي من تقرير مصيره وشؤون حياته اليومية، بمعزل عن الهيكلية او التسميات لهذا الحكم، وإنما جوهر الموضوع والحركة السياسية هي المطلب من اجل استكمال التعاون مع الدول الغربية في قضايا متعددة على رأسها مكافحة الارهاب من خلال إمدادها بالسلاح الملائم في هذا السياق هو من النقاط الاساسية لضمان سير هذا التنسيق بشكل فاعل. ضمان منظومة اقتصادية تسمح له ان يلعب دور أساسي في نقل النفط ومشتقاته عبر أراضيه لضمان مردود مالي يكون ضمانة بالاستمرار الوجودي وباستقلالية عن دول الجوار مع إعطاء ضمانات دولية بعدم عرقلة اي مسعى في هذا الشأن. وختم السفير ابو سعيد ان مطلب الأكراد يُبحث وراء الكواليس الدبلوماسية وعلى نار هادئة من قبل دول غربية ترى ان مدخل التسوية في الشرق الاوسط يجب ان يشمل استقلالية الأكراد من اجل انشاء توازن مذهبي وعرقي واثني برغم الصعوبات والعراقيل التي تحاول أنقرة وضعه والضغط عليه من خلال التهديد ووهم الأطراف الغربية بأنّ الأكراد قد يكونوا مصدر زعزعة أمن اوروبا حيث لن يكون المجتمع الاوروبي بمنأى عن الأزمات الامنية اذا ما مضت في ذلك.
