اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان: مجزرة "الحُديْدة" في اليمن استهتار بالشرعة الدولية
أعلنت اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الانسان ان المجزرة الاخيرة التي قام بها الطيران الحربي للتحالف العربي الذي تقوده المملكة العربية السعودية في مدينة الحُديْدة في محافظة صعدة والتي أدت الى سقوط عدد كبير من النساء والأطفال الأبرياء وصل الى ٣٥ شخص وإصابة حوالي مائة آخرين. وعلى هذا فإنّ العدد الذين قضوا منذ بداية الاحداث قد فاقت العشرة آلاف شخص حتى الان مما يدل على عدم مبالاة المسؤولين في السعودية لحياة الأبرياء الذين تُزهق أرواحهم دون اي سبب. واشار المكتب الاعلامي لمنسّق الشرق الاوسط ان الوضع الحالي لا يمكن ان يستمر على هذا النحو وعلى الجهات التي تعرقل جلوس الأطراف اليمنية المتناحرة ان تعيد حساباتها التي أوصلت الملف اليمني الى هذا الحدّ من القساوة والغير إنسانية التي ضربت بعرض الحائط وافرغت مفهوم التقيّد بالشرعة الدولية. وفي اتصال بين منسق الشرق الاوسط في اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الانسان السفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد ورئيس التحالف الدولي لحماية الحقوق والسلام الدكتور محمد اسماعيل في ملف اليمن، توافق الطرفين على اجتراح صيغة قانونية دولية في الأسابيع المقبلة من اجل الحدّ من مآسي الأشخاص الذين سقطوا جراء عدوان وقصف الطيران الحربي للتحالف العربي على مناطق مدنيّة ملحقاً بذلك أضرار بشرية وهدم للبيوت والممتلكات. وشدد البيان على وجوب الالتزام بالعهد الدولي، وأي انتهاك له وفشل تطبيقه يضع المتنازعين في وضع انقضاض كامل على كل القيم الانسانية التي قامت عليها الامم المتحدة لجهة إلزام الدول عند حدّ القوانين والوقوف عليها. واكّد انّ المنطقة برمّتها قادمة على مخاطر ومخططات جديدة في ظلّ غياب التزام جدي للإدارة السياسية الاميركية وترك الساحة السياسية الى الميدان العسكري الذي لا قدرة لأحد فيها على اجتراح اي نتيجة سوى المزيد من النكبات الانسانية. وختم البيان ان العودة الى حضن القوانين الدولية التي تضمن حفظ الحقوق المدنية والاجتماعية والسياسية هو المُبتغى وعلى كل من ينتهكها ان يحتسب لتداعياتها، وما عاد مقبولاً بعد اليوم السكوت عن تلك الانتهاكات وشبيهاتها رأفة بالأرواح البريئة.
