اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان: قصف الطائرات الإسرائيلية فجرا على مطار الشعيرات إنطلقت من مطار "رامات دايفيد"
أشار مفوّض اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الانسان وأمين عام الدائرة الأوروبية للأمن والمعلومات السفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد المعلومات المؤكدة التي وصلت مكتبه هذا الصباح أن العدوان الإسرائيلي الذي تمّ تنفيذه فجراً  فهو كما يلي:
اقلعت الطائرات الإسرائيلية من مطار رامات دافيد الأقرب إلى الأردن السحيق ومن ثم اتجهت نحو الشمال حتى الجبال اللبنانية وتسللت عبر فتحة القصير وضربت مطاري الضمير والشعيرات بصواريخ جو / ارض وتم اسقاط جميع الصواريخ وعددها 12 صاروخ ثلاثة منها غرب مطار الضمير وتسعة منها غرب مطار الشعيرات، و لا معلومات حتى الآن عن اسقاط طائرات لتلك الجهات فوق الأراضي السورية. وهذا وكان عدد الطائرات (3) وتزن حمولة كل منها ( 4 ) صواريخ جو/ أرض. وعلى الاغلب الجسم الذي شوهد يسقط فوق البترا هو أحد الصواريخ التي تم اسقاطها، والمسافة التي تقطعها الطائرات من لحظة إقلاعها حتى هبوطها لاتتجاوز 500 كــم أي ان العملية العدوانية نفذت في اقل من نصف ساعة.
كلام السفير أبو سعيد بالتنسيق مع جهات اللجنة والدكتور بسام بركات عضو اللجنة الروسية السورية للمصالحات جاء في سياق الحث الأخير حيث نددا بهذا الإنتهاك ووضعه برسم المحفل الدولي ولجنة تقصي الحقائق التي بدأت تعاني من عوائق كثيرة لعملها في دوما على أثر التقرير المزعوم عن استعمال مادة الكلور الذي يبدو حتى الآن لا دليل حسي وقاطع على ذلك، متخوّفاً من أن تزامن التصريحات الأميركية والبريطانية وما حصل فجرا نوع من أنواع الضغط لأخذ هذا الملف الى المجهول دون إمكانية إثبات أي دليل ملموس.
