The International Human Rights Commission is pleased to appoint Dr. Mohamed Kouta from Egypt (Holding a PhD degree in Political Science) as Executive Member to the Middle East Secretariat office. Dr. Kouta will also be Executing provisory the post of Deputy Director to Lebanon and follow all main activities on Behalf of the Commissioner to the Middle East until further notice. Dr. Kouta shall report to the commissioner office all necessary information on the work undertaken in Lebanon and the needed mechanism for better implementation of the United Nations Declaration for Human Rights. Dr. Kouta is advised to immediately start the legal notification procedure with the authorities in concern to facilitate his work.
