اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان ترفع توصياتها من (١١) بند للامين العام والمفوّض الأعلى لندوة الانتهاكات في فلسطين
أصدرت أمس اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان بالتعاون والتنسيق مع نقابة محامين بيروت وتعاون منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية توصيات ندوة حول الإنتهاكات في فلسطين والقرارات الدولية ذات الصلة التي إنعقدت في فندق الدبلومات في بيروت حيث تمّ رفعها الى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة بتاريخ ٢٥ كانون ٢٠١٧ من قبل مفوّض اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان في الشرق الأوسط اسفير الدكتور هيثم أبو سعيد. وضمت التوصيات بعد نقاش مع اللجنة المنثقة عن الندوة (المحامي سعيد علامة، العميد المتقاعد حسن بشروش، الإعلاميين فتون عباسي، ماجدة الموسوي وعلي أحمد) وخرجت بالتالي:
١- تشكيل وفد برلماني في كل دولة عربية من أجل الضغط على حكوماتهم لفتح مكتب تمثيلي دبلوماسي لها في فلسطين، أو إنتداب عضو مجلس شعبها في اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان مكتب مفوضية الشرق الأوسط من أجل القيام بزيارات رسمية للبعثات الدبلوماسية العربية وتسليمهم التوصية.
٢- إنشاء لجنة قانونية إقليمية على مستوى العربي والإسلامي من أجل متابعة كل القضايا المتعلقة بفلسطين وغيرها من القضايا التي تخصّ القوانين الدولية المرعية الإجراء.
٣- التنسيق مع وزارات العدل العربية والإسلامية توحيد الإجراءات القانوية المطلوبة لإنجاح التحرك.
٤- إعادة التأكيد على حقّ الشعوب بالدفاع عن أرضها وممتلكاتها كما نصّ عليه القانون الدولي بالطُرق المُلائمة والسلمية.
٥- إبطال مفعول قرار الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب بشأن القدس عاصمة لإسرائيل وعدم تطبيقه من الدول المعارضة له.
٦- العودة الى الوضع قبل الإعلان الأميركي وتحديدا الى القرار ٢٥٢ لسنة ١٩٦٨.
٧- وقف كل أعمال الإعتقالات التي تطال الأطفال والنساء والشيوخ العزّل لا سيما القانون الصادر من المحكمة الإسرائيلية بأحقيّة محاكمة الأطفال من سن الإثني عشرة (١٢) عاماً.
٨- تطبيق كل القرارات الأمميّة بحق إسرائيل وإجبارها على الإنصياع لها تحت هول عقوبات متعدّدة من الجمعية العمومية ومجلس الأمن.
٩- إدراج بند تشريعي لكل الدول التي وقعت على قرار ١٩٤ بعدم تجنيس الفلسطنيين بغية الضغط على إسرائيل للرجوع عن قراراتها بهذا الشأن.
١٠- تفعيل قرار الحكومة اللبنانية معنوياً لجهة فتح مكاتب دبلوماسية لها في القدس الشرقية لتأكيد رفض القرار الأميركي.
١١- وقف كل أنواع الخروقات التي تقوم بها إسرائيل على الحدود مع الدول العربية خصوصا الجدار الفاصل الذي تبنيه مع لبنان حيث تعتدي من خلاله على القرارات الأممية في هذا الشأن.
The violation in Palestine and the International Resolutions" dated December 14, 2017 at the "Diplomat Hotel" with the cooperation of the Lebanese Lawyer Syndicate in Beirut and the Palestinian Liberation Organization. (PLO) as below:
1- Designation of a Parliamentary Committee in each Arab State in order to pressure their Governments to open a Diplomatic office with the Palestinian authority, or to appoint a delegate member with the HRC To follow and attend all official visits to all Diplomatic Missions in the intention of handling them these recommendations.
2- Creating a legal Regional Committee in the Arab and Muslim States level to follow all Affairs relating to Palestine and others related issues on the International Law violations.
3- Handle strong cooperations with Arab and Islamic Justice Ministers to raise and bring to success all measures relating to the committee.
4- Reconfirming the Rights of the Palestinians to defend, struggle and regain their lands and properties as mentioned in the International Law.
5- To destabilize the decision of The American President Donald Trump on Jerusalem as a Jewish State and to restrain implication of it.
6- To Stick and boost the International Resolution 252/1968
7- To stop immediately all detention procedures of civilian Women, children and Elders in addition to the Israeli court law that give and allow prosecution from the authorities of such at the age of Twelve (12).
8- Implementing all international resolutions regarding Israel and force her to comply with these norms under various type of threat from the General Assembly and Security Council.
9- Inserting a local resolution to all States who signed the 194 UN resolution not to issue any local Nationality in the aim of pressuring Israel to fulfill the Palestinian Rights of getting back to their Land.
10- Emphasis the Lebanese resolution morally to ease Diplomatic Missions in the East of Jerusalem under the Palestinian Jurisdiction and to assure the refusal of President Trump Decision.
11- To immediately stop all Israeli abuses on the newly separate Wall project with Lebanon that is harassing and threatening the UN resolution with Lebanon.
