اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان: المجموعات المسلحة تخرق قرار 2401 وتطلق النار على معابر المساعدات
حمل المفوّض للشرق الأوسط في اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان السفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد جبهة فتح الشام (جبهة النصرة سابقاً) وفصائل المعارضة المسلحة التكفيرية المسؤولية عن إعاقة التوصل إلى حل بالغوطة. الشرقية وأن تلك المجموعات ترفض إخراج السكان المدينيين ممن يرغب الخروج. وأشار أن الممرات الآمنة التي قم بها الجيش السوري بغية تسهيل خروج المواطنين جوبهت بإطلاق نار كثيف من قبل تلك المجموعات لمنع خروج السكان، وعذا يُعتبر خرقا فاضحاً لشرعة حقوق الإنسان. وأضاف السفير أبو سعيد أن هناك دول تضغط عى تلك المجموعات من أجل عدم القبول يمبادرات الحكومة السورية من أجل إحراجها دولياً. وبما يخص المساعدات الإنسانية أشار الدكتور أبو سعيد أن القافلة المشتركة بين الأمم المتحدة وللهلال الأحمر العربي السوري والمكوّنة من 46 شاحنة، تنقل 5500 سلة تموينية لأكثر من 27500 شخص، بالإضافة إلى المستلزمات الطبية الضرورية وقد وصلت إلى الغوطة. أما ما يخص القافلة الأخيرة والتي تمّ تأجيلها لأجل غير مًسمّى فقد جاءت نتيجة إصرار الفقرقاء المتقاتلين على المعابر المنوي إستعمالها لإيصال تلك المساعدات .
وتمنى السفير أبو سعيد تدخل كل المعنيين الدوليين من أجل وقف الأعمال القتالية ضمن القرار 2401 وعدم توسيع رقعت الإقتتال مع الدول التي لها مونة على تلك المجموعات لحين الوصول إلى تسوية تقضي بوقف كل الإنتهاكات.

The Commissioner of the Middle East at the International Human Rights Committee, Ambassador Haitham Abu Said, held the Fatah al-Sham Front (formerly the Nasra Front) and the Takfir armed opposition factions responsible for obstructing a dead-end solution. As for the last convoy, which was postponed indefinitely, was the result of the insistence of the fighters to spend on the crossings intended to be used to deliver such assistance.
Ambassador Abu Said wished all international stakeholders to intervene in order to stop the hostilities in resolution 2401 and not to expand the fighting with the countries that have a mortar on those groups until a settlement is reached to stop all violations.
